There are many ways that these 2 CPUs can exchange data over their integrated Profinet port:

- S7 connections (GET/PUT, BSend/Brecv...)

- TCP/IP (TCOnn, TDISC...)

- Profinet

Easiest would be Profinet (it is supported natively by the integrated ports of your CPUs and requires mostly configuration), where one CPU would act as a Profinet IO controller and the other as a Profinet I-Device.
