Hello, I am a new member, I have a problem with the software I use to upload and download programs from the CNC. Embedded HMI is called Network Manager. I had to install windows vista and now the program does not work anymore. how can I do? Please Help Me

I am not familiar with this software. But could be either the software is not compatible with Windows Vista and you should "downgrade" it to XP, either after installation of new OS you can't to put the necessaries settings for communication.

Hello....

This look a 810D controller if i guess correctly.....

Have you tried to ping the IP address and check the communication is happening on the both control CNC side as well as on LAPTOP / PCPG

If you have activated the fire wall you need to disable it....
