i have a Problem with the wincc smart server of the TCP 700

O.Omar Silver Member Joined: 12/9/2016 Last visit: 1/13/2022 Posts: 243 Rating: (129)	i have a Problem with the wincc smart server of the TP700 panel. immediately after a successful connection the screen. the window opens for one second then closed without error message. although other panels with the same settings are working correctely. Thank you all in advance.

Smart client app, or Smart client Application or SmartclientView in another Panel or Internet Explorer with Java Plugin? Which Version of TIA Portal do you use? If you have a TP700 Comfort then you could use 3 parallel Connections of smart clients Or do you use a KTP700 Basic 2nd Generation?? If the Panel shows a curious behaviour then you sould do a Reset to factory settings and configurate and load again: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/19701610 Bye Murof

Smart client app, or Smart client Application or SmartclientView in another Panel or Internet Explorer with Java Plugin? Which Version of TIA Portal do you use?
