I have an error on FB_ERR or error on Function Block

I need some helps, please.

I have an error on FB_ERR or error on Function Block, the weight can't be measure but when I connect with siwatool on my laptop, I still can mesure the weight, I thought before the problem come from the cable of the load cell and I also make a warm restart on the CPU, but the error still appears. By the way, the position of the siwarex CS is on RIO, I also turn off the RIO and still an error.

Do you have any ideas??

I just download again DB337, the instance DB is a DB parameter for block of siwarex cs module (FB225“SICS_DR”). The status ofFB_ERR andStart_Up are false after the dowloading.

Do you any explanation about it?
