Unfortunately, if touch don't work with TP27, you can not get the backup. These old panels wasn't have any USB ports to connect mouse or keyboards. New versions TPx77s have thes USB ports for this purpose and other purposes as well. In any case, if you do not have an instock another TP27, then the prosave image would be useless. Prosave image is only downloadable to the same type of the panel. With it, you won't be able to download the the TP277 for instance. Hope this helps.
