Hi all 

i'm asking help to understand how and if it's possible to use the function _writeRecord and _readRecord regarding the identification and maintenance data of the electronic plate I&M0.

i've found the header and the struct inside the SIMATIC NET manual and i've created the same structure in the program, i've also copyed the procedure descripted in the online help

(it's described the procedure to get the SINAMICS drive data set nr.47 but i think the mechanism is the same) 

but in no way i can get the function works... is there something that is missing? someone have ever tryed to do so with simotion via user program? in my case the return error is 16#FFFF_80A3.

i'm using TIA portal V15 and Scout Fw5.2

the hardware tha i'm trying to access is:

6ES7 151-3BA23-0AB0

with 5 input module, 1 output module, 2 power module.

i focus on the attached sequence, showed in the only help. So from the moment that the write request fail i just stop there... but actually using the only read function works perfectly 

Can i ask if there is the same possibility to get the IO modules data too?

Allways in simotion with via user program i've used the function _getSegmentIdentification and _getNextLogAddress to build the rack.
