rochc Member Joined: 2/5/2014 Last visit: 5/13/2019 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello, I need help to the 6ES7 317-2AK14-0AB0 product. 6ES7 317-2AK14-0AB0 are only recognized as Slave into Step 7 Simatic Manager V5.4 SP5. I cannot insert it as master. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I had an old configuration with CPU 317-2DP (6ES7 317-2AJ10-0AB0), but this CPU is broken and no longer commercialized. The alternative is CPU317-2DP (6ES7 317-2AK14-0AB0), but you can see in the attached picture, thatI cannot insert it in a rack but only on a bus. Attachment stpe7_config.jpg (133 Downloads)

See picture attached. Better way to replace the CPU in your project is: 1. rightclick on old CPU and select Replace Object. 2. How can I put it into this folder? What isyour version? Thanks.
