Today I was Trying to transfer a runtime program to my panel (ktp600 basic color dp), but i needed to upload the Operative system, I had a problem with the update and now i need to restore de OS , do you know where I can download the psb of the panel?, somebody can help me? Panel: ktp600 basic color dp (TFT) Bootloader v1.38 (2012-03-27) Thank you for your time!

Hello, 1-You can only restore the backup file".psb" using Prosave to a similar panel but can't open or edit this file. Servicetool SIMATIC ProSave How do you backup/restore with a Comfort Panel? 2-How do you do an "Operating system update" (OS update) or "Reset to factory settings" on operator panels?
