Good afternoon, everyone. I'm developing a program for a machine where I have a conveyor belt that needs to move in 76.2mm steps. I'm following the example from this link with EPOS "https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109747750." I searched here in the forum to see if anyone was facing the same issue as me, but I couldn't find any. I'm using TIA V18, and the problem I'm facing is that when I power off the machine, the servo doesn't resume from where it left off; I have to reference it again. Can someone help me with this? Here's the link to the program:https://drive.google.com/file/d/12vGedpa-BGNzsiVeFDhm82w4AM2v5JE0/view?usp=drive_link. Grateful. |

What type of encoder is installed? Absolute encoder configured for linear motion?

I have the following setup: Installed software: Absolute encoder for linear application. I used this configuration in the V-Assistant: |

You are using SINA_POS in the PLC Program. In this case you must homing the drive at every power on, even with absolute encoder. (I don't found the V-Assistant configuration, even in the Tia UserFiles folder), so I assume you are using ABS encoder, but I don't know.
