I/O ACCESS ERROR READING

myhaye Posts: 45 Rating: (0)	Dear experts, i have a big problem and i do not know when i can solve this. i have a CPU 315-2DP and 7 stations of I/O with im151-1 standard, plus 2 operator panel, and another network from this plc to anothet plc the same like this. for the second plc i have one station I-O and an operator panel. The communication is with profibus dp. my problem is at first plc (at 7 station), everything is fine until i turn the machine. When i turn on the machine lose one of two profibus station -"DISTRIBUTED I/O STATION RETURN ADDRESS OF THE AFFECTED DP SLAVE: STATION NO.6 DP MASTER SYSTEM ID:1 LOG BASE ADDRESS OF THE DP SLAVE: INPUT ADDRESS 2044 LOG BASE ADDRESS OF THE DP MASTER 1023 REQUEST OB: RACK FAILURE OB (OB86) PRIORITY CLASS:26 EXTERNAL ERROR :OUTGOING EVENT" this is an messages, the same situation is with slave no.8. i checked all profibus cable, i exchanged all profibus cable with new cables, i checked al profibus connectors, i exchanged IM151-1 modules with another new. Another think when the machine is stopped is ok, but when i start, the machine have some big vibrations and all connection boxes (I/O distribuited)are on the machine. Please, if anyone can help me with other suggestions, how can i read from program with SFC13, 59 Sorry if i posted in the wrong place, but is a difficult situation for me. Check the related IOs and in S7 program you create one empty OB86 and downlad this. Fault gets reset. But make sure first that IOs are healthy. Regards, Vijay

Thank you for the cooperation, best regards, myhay ene It may be caused by high voltage AC source in vicinty of data cables.Re-arrangement can help.But if the vibration is really high, you should try SIPLUS version of modules(Use Under Difficult Conditions:SIPLUS Extreme).
