KAMY Experienced Member Joined: 10/8/2015 Last visit: 3/1/2023 Posts: 59 Rating: (4)	Hi this procedure is useful: 1- in HW configuration or Device configuration>Device view( TIA) Check all the Article Number with all PLC Cart in Rack module For example in HW you use DO with Article number 6ES7-422-1BL00-0AA0 but in PLC rack you fix DO 6ES7-422-7BL00-0AB0 ,hence this event comes "I/O access error when transferring the process image to the output modules......." therefore you correct and download again. best regards
