I/O access error , writing

Dear Expert,

                        i have cpu 314c-2dp, have profibus communication with 12 allen breadly drive. cpu have SF and 

Error show in diagnostics buffer

Event id 16#2943

I/O acess error, writing

P area, word access, access address : 0

Requested OB: I/O access error OB (OB122)

Priority class: 1

External error: Incoming event

and

On AI8xTC card diagnostics buffer

External error

There is a channel error.

I am in trouble  please help me for resolve this fault.

I attache my program file and online error snapshot.

Hello,

The error "I/O access error writing" means the CPU can not write the address '0'

So please check if I/O address '0' is available. (It could be used in a Profibus device, that is not available)

The error of Analog input card, check the manual why the SF led is turned on.

I had a look in your project.

Priority class: 1

External error: Incoming event

 this error happens in FC1 of your project. At the end of the only one network PAW0 is written, that is not used in the HW-Config. See attached picture.

For the channel-fault, you need to have a look in the manual of the module, that is already posted.
