I/O field values

Hello

I make vizualization for LOGO! 0BA8 on SIMATIC PANEL KTP 400.

I using TIA portal v13 advance.

Analog values on input have range from 0 to 10 and i need to display values from -1 to 0..

Is it possible?

It is totally posible.

You have to check:

• The Variable of the Value that you want to show ( Correct Type = REAL ) 
• Set the Limit to I/O Field properly or Set no Limits.

I am using LOGO and analog output have WORD type...

Look at the ZIP file for x2 pictures.

1. Scale the value to new scaling.. inside the description of the variable. Note that this value is again an integer not a floating point number (see next).

2. Display the scaled value with a decimal point in the display of the number. Example you can have [0 to 1000] displayed as [0.000 to 1.000].

Thanks for solution but it isnt solution of my problem

I my case value 0 on AI is -1 and value 10 is 0.

okay.. I need to be more specific.

The same example I have given,
now closer customized to what you need: -1.000 to 0.000.

The LOGO! was used as source in the example.
I however have a feeling your incoming scale is NOT 0 to 10.
0 to 10V - yes.. but the PLC scaling will be different to the WORD you send to the HMI.

in case I understand your question wrong, please clarify it a bit more.

To me it sounds like all you need to do is to connect a tag in the tag table to your real tag in the plc. The HMI tag will adopt the PLC tag datatype automatically.

Do you need to scale/normalize your tag? Or is the HMI tag of some other datatype? And if yes - does it need to be? Do you use the LOGO! or another PLC?
