I am using S7-300 CPU 313C-2DP communicate with CP343-1 and IM-153-4 profinet communication is established now the problem is that I/O's is not processing. When we high the physical input but is not showing on variable table. 

Is it any functional block need to call or some other configuration still required?

If functional block need to call kindly suggest the FB/FC?

yes, for profinet-communication with a CP343 you need some blocks to read out the I/O´s from the CPs profinet.
