I tried to add this this new IM 153-2 to my Hardware Configuration catalog, but I could not

Hello all, I purchased Im 153-2 (6ES7 153-2BA02-0XB0) for my project, yet I want to use PCS7 Ver 6.1, which uses Step7 Ver 5.3 (SP2). I read in specification of IM 153-2 that for new feature of this item such as 12 module per unit I have to have Step7 5.4 (SP3). However, I tried to add this this new IM 153-2 to my Hardware Configuration catalog, but I could not. Please tell how I can have new features of IM153-2 (6ES7 153-2BA02-0XB0) in older version of Step7!! Splitted from GSD-file for 6ES7-153-2BA02-0XB0. |

Hello, The problem is that this module is not released for PCS7 v6.1 ( PCS 7 V6.1 Released Modules ). Look there New PROFIBUS Interface Modules for ET 200M, DP/PA Link and Y Link for SIMATIC PCS 7 Best regards, Hristo Mihalev |
