i want to show the timer time that elapsed after its starting in HMI

i want to creat an HMI for two inputs (input to S and input to R ), as it shown in attachment...and a circle for output indication... i did it..., when press ON button in HMI it turns on Timer, when i press OFF button it reset timer. and CIRCLE also changes it colour as i did in animation 2 different colour selection ...
