I would like to upload whats on a system to confirm that I have downloaded correctly

I'm relatively new to Siemens as well and would like to upload whats on a system to confirm that I have downloaded correctly.

I have an S7-400 dual CPU system, not sure what model until I get out to the enclosure and not sure how it's configured for redundancy. Had a last minute need by a client and I was the only resource my company had to send out to the field. The system, originally programmed by a colleague,is about two years old and was in operation until the client wanted to modify the process(add some valves, etc.) So I modified the code in house and am now in the process of installing it in the field.

I am connected to the system via a scalance hub. I originally downloaded the software without turning the 'secondary' CPU off. Which is was later informed that was necessary. So I downloaded it again with the second CPU powered down. Then I repowered the CPU with it in stop mode. The I held the mode switch to the MRES postion until the light blinked twice. Then I returned the switch to stop and immediately pressed it back to MRES position where the status light blinked several times in quick succession. I then put the second CPU into run mode.

From this point I would like to upload to a new blank project. Is this possible? The software is telling me to select an existing project. Not sure how to proceed.

I also want to force bits and be able to read what's is happening. Will the lights change on the I/O cards? How can I tell if an output changes? Use a VAT table? I'll wait to address that after I get the upload issue resolved.

So I downloaded to one CPU and put the processor into 'Run' where the run light blinked a few times, the INTF light came on and the CPU goes back to Stop. I'm still communicating with the CPU no problems. But it is stopped and won't budge. I'm using the same program that was in the CPU. I am going to try and go back to an older one. But there is not difference save for a Modbus configuration and a few function block mods.

I have attached the diagnostics buffer report below. Not exactly sure how to interpret the wording.
I did redownload OB88 and OB121 (these were noted in the diagnostics) seperately just to make sure they were in there. But it didn't change anything.

Always download these error OBs to the S7-400H CPU: OB 70, OB 72, OB 80, OB 82,
OB 83, OB 85, OB 86, OB 87, OB 88, OB 121 and OB 122. If you do not download
these OBs, the fault-tolerant system goes into STOP when an error occurs.
