IBH Link S7++ versus CP 5711

Does somebody know if theIBH Link S7++ converterfrom IBHsoftec have the same features (besides of USB and ethernet connection differences) and performance of CP 5711 from Siemens ? Which are the pros and cons of IBH Link S7++ ? regards, Berg

IBH provides a very convenience if you connect it to Wireless router, ( a simple one for home use ) , then you are able to walk around machine to check all signal, by Ethernet. Because you can connect by Wi-Fi to -> rounter -> to IBH -> to PLC It's also possible to connect to S7-200, 300, and 400. Too bad, somehow it's very-very hot , i don't know why. And if you want to switch between S7-200 and 300 - 400 , there is a bit inconvenience to change program inside this unit. CP5711 gives a very easy to use, but there is no option to connect by Wi-Fi or Wireless. Both are able to connect network 12Mbps, profibus.. That's all.
