Identify if the bus back plane connector of s7-300 is working or not?

Hello All,

I just want to know how to identify the bus back plane connector of siemens s7-300 is working or not?

Yesterday redundant interface module got dead and we found non reseatable fuse has blown . further we installed new redundant module on the particular remote rack, but still it is not communicating with CPU 315 and although remote Analogue input card its showing SF.

What should be my further steps? can anyone please suggest.

Yesterday again we found same interface module 153-2 not working, analogue input card not working, digital output card 2 nos not working and one barrier also not working.

after detailed investigation we found non resettable fuses has blown from all this card. We are not sure for what reason. This is the second time and so far we are not coming to the right conclusion why it was happen.

we are having doubt of DC to Dc converter which is just installed on the line of power before this card. and the second reason is earthing may be earthing is not proper . so far we are not having proper equipment to analysis the earthing is proper or not.

please suggest us what to be do further how we analyse the problem what is the reason behind to damages for all this cards.

Last time we replaced all this cards after that it was working for 16 days and after 16 days again same problem arised. it is just for your information.
