I have the same problem.

I installed update 4 from TIA updater. Still having problem.

When I go online, IE General is not connected and I receive these messages:

any idea how to fix this?!

I use TIA Portal v15.1 and WinCC runtime professional update4 and I added PC station for HMI screens.

I practice on a PC with windows 10 enterprise, 64bit operating system.

I am practicing on creating faceplate with "68014632_Faceplates_EngineeringExamples_en" documents. 

When I go online, IE General is not connected and I receive these messages and when I activate wincc runtime, the IO field doesn't show tags:

I changed my CPU from 1200 to 1500 and everything was fine. why it can not be done by CPU 1200?

I attached some screenshots of my PG/PC and the problem.

How should I fix this problem?

I got online on PC station to see what is the problem and why I am not having data on my HMI.

I created a new project and rebuild all my software again.

It worked
