IEC TON function in s7-1200

automatan Posts: 57 Rating: (1)	Hi all, I am working on s7-1200 project and new to this. I want to use the timer that has to be reset as on demand. For S7-1200 there is IEC TON instruction. Can you tell me how to use? Each timer shoul have single instance DB? Please guide me. Thanks in advance.

Kelu Posts: 88 Rating: (12)	Hello Yes when you drag and drop your IEC Timer it create automatically your instance DB or if you are in a FB you can choose multi-instance DB. You can also put you all yours instances in a Global DB.
