Hello, alternatively may you can use thevicos-rtu as an gateway (converter) betweenyour S7-400 PLC and the control-center. For example: communicationamong each other could be possible between cp343-1 inside vicos-rtu and the CP443-1 in your S7-400 PLC. Communication to the control-center(s) via IEC60870-5-104 protocol are processed with the integrated LAN-Interfaceof thevicos-rtu. |

Hi, beside the solutions SICAM eRTUs & vicos-rtu there exists one more possibility to "get married" between S7-World & IEC60870-5-104 (-101) protocol... Check this out: SIPLUS-RIC, Application IEC on S7 !!: maybe not applicably with S7-414H...??? |

Hi, a spanish company < SICA > has additional (smart...) solution for this issue. They combine S7-OPC-Server with OPC-Client/IEC60870-5-104 Gateway. Check the link. http://www.sica.es/esp/gateway.htm Regards S7-User |
