if a solenoid can be driven in both directions - what is the best solution using logo devices?

I take this opportunity to ask another question: if a solenoid can be driven in both directions (forward and reverse current) what is the best solution / configuration using logo devices? I was thinking about a DP4T external relay to do the trick, but maybe there are better ways ... Thanks again! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from LOGO! 24CE - Output Voltage and Switching rate.

I LOGO! its not issue to do so, but you need two outputs for one change over "function". Check the attached example: Important are the two AND to have one cycle delay. Hope this helps.

It will mean that I have to add an expansion module:) edit:The delay cycle is important to avoid that there is an instant in which the outputs are both active at the same time, right?
