if i reload the backup again the MMC card, it will work or not?

Dear Hristo Mihalev, Before 6 month i faced a problem with MMC card (when i insert the MMC in CPU , stop led blinks,I cant able to reset) ,So i removed the MMC card andtook backup in my laptop & formeted in laptop.After that the MMC dosen't works in CPU. My Questine is that if i reload the backup again the MMC card, it will work or not.
