If the restore DVD is lost or broken, does the customer pay for a download link?

I didn't work with the support so far and I'm not sure. Thank you! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Restore simatic IPC847C (OS and Drivers).

wolves and hawks Posts: 531 Rating: (34)	I do not think that you would have to pay as long as you download it and not want a disc itself. Just open a case and the hotline will help you. Both hotline contact and a backup after the ipc works are strongly suggested!

If you need Restore image / DVD with Windows I would ask the Siemens distributor to get it. Regards, Towome
