PRADEEP PRABHU B Posts: 32 Rating: (1)	Dear ALL .. Am using IM 151-3pn with cpu 317f-2pn/dp cpu. Suddenly PLC and IM module is showing Bus fault .. Even after changing proffinet cable fault not cleared ... BF led is blinking... I was connected to internet while online with cpu... After going throgh mannual i found that if SF is on and BF is flashing problem is related to firmware... Can anyon tell me what exactly is firm ware... Is firmware automatically updates from Internet ... And as i have disconnected internet is there any effect on this ... WITH KIND REGARDS Prdaeep Prabhu B.

You can download it from internet: Operating System Updates for IM151-3PN (6ES7151-3..23-0AB0) Here some more information: Firmware V7.0 with Added Functions for ET 200S Interface Modules IM151-3PN Standard, High Feature and FO Best regards, Wizard
