IM 151 CPU7 problem

IBN-Service Posts: 8946 Rating: (997)	Ayman Elotaify Do you mean that If we poweredup a CPU without inserting the MMC, it will deffect the CPU? Nonono, the idea was, that an empty PLC without MMC goes to RUN mode after restart. If not, something is wrong ith the CPU.

You are right ibn device But for confirmation PLC should check separately without extendmodule and without memory card, I have face this type of problem when faulty module attached also.
	PROBLEMS ARE OUR ASSEMBLY POINTS. SO WE THANKS TO PROBLEMS.

Thanks & regards Hello, No. You can only program IM-151-7 CPU using SIMATIC Manager. Please check this important thing. Do you installed the end terminal module to the right hand side of last module in each rack? Without installing this terminal module, SF / STOP led will be lit. End terminal module have a small circuit and comming with IM-151-7 CPU or IM-ET200S

Do you have the original software on your PC? If yes download it to the empty MMC. What's happen when you insert MMC into the CPU. Does the CPU enter stop mode?
