IM 153-2 add in CPU416-3 DP (Profibus DP master system) problem

jabbi_king Experienced Member Joined: 1/26/2014 Last visit: 8/27/2024 Posts: 164 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I have system of CPU 416-3DP with CP 443-1.. it has already 10 ET200M(6-15) but now i add new one ET200M i add it successfully also add some DI/DO cards.. Also online it successfully. But one thing confused me.. Its color in Hardware configuration view is white while all previous is yellow.. I don't know why this color not be changed. fritz Diamond Expert Joined: 10/7/2005 Last visit: 9/19/2024 Posts: 3021 Rating: (1054)	Hi jabbi_king the yellow colour indicates that CiR (Configuration in Run) is enabled for those DP Slaves. Have a look at https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/45531308/simatic-step7-v5-5-modifying-the-system-during-operation-via-cir for more on this and what to do to enable it for your new ET200M's or get rid of it for the existing ones or don't worry about the difference in colour and and leave it as is.
