IM151-8 PN/DP CPU connection problem

bijan Bronze Member Joined: 1/17/2007 Last visit: 7/2/2024 Posts: 115 Rating: (2)	Hi all I want to createstructure and so Tag instance and message in the WinCC in TCP/IP driver byOS Compile.In the NetPro "No corresponding CP exists on the remote station" appear for creating a TCP connection between IM151-8 PN/DP CPU andWincc application but I think it is not necessary to CP.If it is true How can it be done?

Fafner Silver Member Joined: 3/20/2013 Last visit: 3/27/2025 Posts: 676 Rating: (44)	Hi bijan, as far as i know you can not project in NetPro a tcp connection from/to the im151-8 pn/dp. you can only use the open user communication if you want to communicate with tcp/ip (refer to Technical Data. for a connection to wincc you are also able to project a hmi-connection. greetings, fafner
