we have same problem with IM154-8FX PLC when using the motor starters.

we have about 10 control system with hardware as well as software configurations. out of this 5 system has 5 system gots the problem "PROFINET IO module removed/cannot be addressed"

for slot number 11 consistensly for all.

for other 5 system it for slot no.12.

the fault gets automatically reset in few miliseconds. below are the diagostic buffer history.
