Hello kusha; There are a few issues to be looked at here. First, the FM 350-1 should work with the IM 365, there are a few manuals and fAQs that mention this specifricaslly. For example: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/7815221 Then there is the power limitation on the remote rack that must not be exceeded, since the IM 365 uses the power supply of the main rack to power the remote rack. This point is also mentionned in the FAQ above. One way to check that is to remove one FM module from the remote rack ( also in the configuration) and try again. But basically, every time you have a CPU go to Stop mode, and you have SF LEDs active on your racks, open the Diagnostic Buffer of the CPU to see what the PLC is complaining about. In your case, try opening the HWConfig editor and go ONLINE with the CPU. All modules with diagnostics will appear with a red slash symbol; double-click on each one to see what diagnostics have been logged for the CPU and the FMs. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
