I'm having a similar problem. I'm trying to implement a network with a S7-1200 and four 0BA7. But these devices will be very far apart from the others due to be within an industry. As there is a router manageable near each opted we connect them there. It created a whole network "VLan" separated for this application, but we are finding problems to realize the communication between them. Had conducted the test bench and communication was successful, but now when installing the client PLCs are not seeing. And a habit I have is trying to use the method "ping" the ms-dos, the S7-1200 responds perfectly, since the 0BA7 are not responding. The physical environment has been tested and is free of any problem. I need a help from you. To perform the configuration used a manual siemens own following the link below.
