Import User Administration from an Excel file

I wonder if it's possible to create a txt file and then import it. I know it's possible when you export from a WinCC and then import it back in a different one. My question is, can I create a new txt file myself? e.g: "User1","password","FALSE","5",AUTO" Attachment EXAMPLE.txt (156 Downloads)
