Hi GeoChris, I found the following entry in the file WinCC_Sys_03.log: 255,16.11.2008,15:05:47:015,1012200,4,,SERVER1,RedundancyAgent,Outage detected reason 'ApplicationHealthCheck' In this case you should have a look in your Windows Eventlog files at the date and time mentioned above (16.11.2008,15:05:47:015). In the majority of cases you can find the task which is responsible for this error messages. This entrys are near by the entrys of REBOOT messages in the WindowsEventlog. But if you do not have much experience in checking diagnostic files and eventlogs you should contact the technical support for detailed investigation. Cumulus. |
