Hi, did you try with https? You should at least get to the point with a warning message from your browser, that the certificate is unknown for you local device. Depending on your settings you then can advance to the page. The SmartServer is accessed with the SmartClient.exe and not with a browser. It is installed with your TIA Portal. Else you can download it here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109482434 Make sure you did activate it correctly and set the passwords. No encrypted communication is supported.
