Did not find it in the manual,did i over loocked ? You don't need the value. Try it with 10 kOhm for the pull up resistor. Then try it also with smaller values (8.2 kOhm, then 6.8 kOhm, then 4,7 kOhm and 2,2 kOhm. Normallly is 2.2 kOhm a good value.

Yves-M Posts: 46 Rating: (0)	Hi, I tryd all of this, but with no result. The manual of the KWH meter (Scheneider Electric iEM2010) describes a way to calculate the pull up ressistance. Pull upp resistance=(VDC/0.01)-internal resistance of the PLC

ixo65 Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 12/22/2024 Posts: 34442 Rating: (4294)	This is not a pullup resistor, but a pulldown resistor that you have to wire. According to the description, the 24 VDC is connected to terminal S0 +. Terminal S0- goes to the LOGO! Input. The receipt of the LOGO! is internally connected to M, so you cannot wire resistor in series behind the input as in the description. Connect a 2.2 kOhm resistor in parallel to the input of the LOGO !. Attachment Untitled.png (266 Downloads)

With a 24 VDC supply voltage for the S0 output: 24 VDC / 0.01 A = 2400 Ohm. If there are no impulses from the LOGO! the error is somewhere else.
