Savin.ct Advanced Member Joined: 8/19/2019 Last visit: 11/14/2023 Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a 4-20mA sensor input - a pressure sensor is connected I have a 0-10V output - a frequency converter is connected The requirement is this: to give an output to the frequency converter to maintain a 'X' pressure (FBD). How do I do that?

It's not easy for helpers, if you change the requirements without answers. Then you open another conference with new requirements, which are identical to your changings here. Have you any dependencies between pressure and inverter ? With higher Logo analog output to control the inverter will also increase the Logo analog input for the pressure ? See first online help of Logosoft comfort for the PI controller block to get first informations, then you can ask in detail, how to use it. Regards, Scorp

The PI controller only works in one direction that you specify in the. - Upward regulation: If the actual value (PV) falls below the setpoint (SP), the controller adjusts the actual value until it reaches the setpoint again. - Downward regulation: If the actual value (PV) exceeds the setpoint (SP), the controller adjusts the actual value until it reaches the setpoint again. You have to set the direction in which the controller should work. The controller is set to "Upwards" by default. You can change this default by changing the parameter set to "User defined" and setting the check mark by "downwards". Attachment Untitled.png (123 Downloads)
