In Tiaportal V13, cpu, et200s, etc. connecting error.

I CPU 315F-2 PN / DP - ET200s IM151-3PN - MP 277 8 "TOUCH - ET200ecoPN - SCALANCE-X208 was connected to a LAN cable (Ethernet). connected them in TIA portal V13. But it was an error. - CPU 315F-2 PN / SF ON, BF2 FLASHING in DP - In the Scalance F ON - In ET200s SF ON, BF FLASHING, all other units SF ON - In ET200eco SF / MT ON, BF FLASHING.
