Somebody had inactive/ grey nodes in PROFIBUS?

I trying to repair machine, but i never seen inactive nodes before. (7, 10, 11, 12 are inactive, see picture below)

Question is, how to activating grey nodes. I can't found activation / deactivation for nodes.

Start by checking if SFC 12 has been used in your program to remove the DP slaves (those greyed-out in the configuration) from the DP-master's polling list.
