Industrial Ethernet in Noisy Place

r2407 Posts: 111 Rating: (0)	Hi Experts, In my project i reqiured to connect PLC to PC with Industrail Ethernet in a noisy site, so i prepared industrial network cable (protected by sheild), now i want to know Is there any special RJ-45 connector to connect to this cable to protect my data? Also i need know about the sockets that must be installed on the wall, shall i buy some special or common ones can work properly, Regards

If you don't want or can't use Fiber Optic te Siemens FastConnect system is a good system. It's easy to handle and is designed for industrial use. Also be aware that it's not only the cable you need to take care of, also use Industrial switches like for exampole the Scalance X100 which have an all metal housing.
