I have a question about network for S7-1200, ET 200M and SCADA WinCC V7.4. The PDF file shows the construction of the network. Can I use switch "Korenix JetNet3010G" for this network? Will it be work?

I do not know the switch you want to use.

But: you use PROFINET in your network. So please note:

• the switch should support QoS, because PROFINET telegrams are higher prioritized.(IEEE 802.1Q)
• the switch must be full duplex and 100MBit/S
• also supports Auto Polarity Exchange, Autonegotiation Mode and   Auto-Cross-Over-Funktion
• you only can use PROFINET RT
• if you want to use toplogy, the switch must supports LLDP

Please check, if your switch has these functions.

Additional Information:

The HMI Communication uses only basic TCPIP so for the WinCC SCADA you do not need a special Switch.
