infeed configuration for ALM

Dear,

i am planning to upgrade ASRS cranes with S120 drive system

each crane have 3 motors= 18.5KW+15KW+0.55KW, basic power sketch is attached

if i use SLM how much PF can be affected / get poor as compare to use of ALM

i have also attached the part #s of items i have selected to achieve below benefits of ALM

1-stable DC voltage

2-approx. harmonics free current

3-reuse of regenerated energy

please confirm all selected items are OK?

i have already used BLM & ALM previously but with simple application

What's the purpose of using VSM10 module?

I do think that if you want to use breaking module, you also need control supply module CSM. The SLM isn't such a poor choice, either. You could put for example a Schaffner filter next to the transformer.

i consider to use VSM to get stable DC voltage encase of dips in main input

i have already considered basic line filter for ALM after main common transformer

for braking resistor i have already considered braking module common to DC bus of ALM and MoMo

my main question is using 1 step down transformer is OK for all cranes (ALM)? as shown in my shared ALM configuration
