Dear All,

After installing and configuring SIMATIC Information Server 2014 SP2 on my system, I am now in the part where I need to open http://localhost in Internet Explorer to setup IS. I have configured the following settings in IE 11:

1. Set http://<pcname> as home page

2. Add http://<pcname> in trusted sites, protected mode disabled

3. Custom > Prompt for user name and password selected

When I login with my windows user name and password, I get the error message "Access denied - you are not a member of any SIMATIC group nor a local administrator "

I am using my only Windows account named "Admin" which is part of several SIMATIC groups and the 'Administrators' group.

My system is running on Windows 7 64-bit with installed TIA Portal V14 SP1 and WinCC RT Professional V14 SP1.

I followed the steps in the Installation and Commissioning Manual so I am not sure what went wrong.
