Init Values for MD, MW variables

Sasha1981 Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Dear all, May be my question verysimple, but in documentation can not find answer – so there are many MD, MW variables in my project – this variables are setpoints. After every start controller all variables turn to zero. So if the way to create init values for it’s. One of the ways is create many MOVE blocks in OB100 block – but this way is not suitable. So may be there is some other way. May be i must use other types of variables... BR

Not possible with Bit Memory (M / MB / MW / MD)

Then i put to my OB1 two blocks of FB50, and automatic create INSTANCE DB50 and DB51 for its. Then i want to change init values in DB51 - because algorithm of FB50(DB51) is some another, than FB50(DB51). But "Inital Values" field is disable ("gray"). So if i true understand??? - i must additional to create two SHARED data blocks (DB60 and DB61) with init values, and every of pins FB50, which i want to be with init value, connect to correspond variable from DB60 (for FB50(DB50)) or DB61 (for FB50(DB51)). Sorry for my English BR

Sorry for my English BR Hello Sasha1981, You are welcome. You can change the init values not in the Instance Data block of your FB50, whereas you can edit them directly in your interface of FB50. Hope this helps.

If you are using WinCC on TIA Portal then refer - SIMATIC S7-1200: AT 4 - Simple HMI Automation Tasks in 10 minutes or less

If I true understand You mean, that in OB1 I must open FB50 (right click-->Called Block-->Open) and in block interface set some init values. BUT! After change some init values for this FB50, all FB50’s in OB1 need for update, because project will be incorrect. So after update all blocks is good, but in equal init values - I want for different init values. So, I think, that there are must be some another blocks for inits. Elements of structure of this block I must connect to correspond variable of every FB50 in OB1. BR
