Input module interfacing problem in ET200M

Already the Machine had got 4 input module IM321 & two output module IM322 working good. Now I need to add one input & one output module with the Same Spec. So when I added the Module in Hardware configuration and download it, there is no Error in ET200M, but PS & PS light Start glowing. I think that there will be any lock in the PLC that we cant add any module? I don’t have an idea in it, so any one plz suggest it is possible to lock that no one can add extra modules in the PLC???????

ON yellow led is Glowing on it. And i checked the Module information in the S7 , the Module status is OK. Actually when i Add the Inputmodule and Download it, the PS led in the NCU box get's ON.After when we Switch OFF and ON the Machine the PS & PF LED gets ON in the NCU box. Only after loading the Old backup the PLC is OK.
