Input/output module ET 200 S question

please I have an urgent question and hope I receive a reply,

I have an Input/output module ET 200 S  without memory card

Thanks in advance

A model number would be nice to make sure.

In general, a memory card is not needed.  They are used to store module parameters in case you need to replace it some time in the future, among other things.

If it is an interface module with CPU, then you need one I think.

the newer IM151 only the IM151- CPU´s need a memory-card. 

older IM151 for Profinet needed one for save the IP-adress and PN-name on it.

-8 is a CPU module.

Sorry, you need a memory card.

 yes I have the order no. you typed , should I need a memory card ?

taking in to consideration that I have a PLC with CPU 300 and I only need to operate them with a simple program , can we operate it depending on the internal memory ?
