Insert Authorization problem in User Administrator

Default in wincc 6.0user administratoralready have 11 default function that is no 1 to 8 and 1000 to 1002, i have insert few authorization b4 was no problem, but now when i insert new authorization, the user administrator page will become blank and PassCS.exe Mem usage show in Task Manager is high. anyone face this problem before? anyway to solve this ? add new user is no problem for same user administrator. P/S plz change extension to .log AttachmentWinCC_Sys_03.pdf (87 Downloads) |

which WinCC version are you using in detail (SP?)? SIMATIC WINCC 6.0 SP4 How much RAM is inserted in your PC? 1 GB How much free disk space is availabe? > 20 GB Are you using a Server/Client system? MULTIUSER PROGRAM Which operating system is installed? SERVER (Server 2000) and CLIENT (WinXP Pro) Could you attach your WinCC log files here? where ? location plz p/s plz change extension to .log AttachmentWinCC_SStart_02.pdf (79 Downloads) |

Insert the log files ( winccdirectory\diagnose ) as attachment to your post. |
