Insert DCC option

MurthyD Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	Hello, I am using SCOUT version 4.1 SP4 HF1. During the installation of the software I had checked the option of installing CFC. The installation took place completely. But the option of "Inserting DCC charts" does not appear in the SCOUT software when I try to do so. I have attached screen shots to illustrate the problem in a zip file "DCCInstallProb". I uninstalled the CFC charts software through the Control panel and tried to install it again but to no avail. Also the structure of the software has chaged, as in Libraries and the Monitor option appear at the top rather than in the bottom. But the software functions properly which does not have DCC backup Please suggest what can be done in this case. Regards. Attachment DCCInstallProb.zip (347 Downloads)

MurthyD Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	Hello, I think I know why the structure was wrong as the DCC lib version has changed and the version use din the backup being used is different. Could this be the reason for the fault.

MurthyD Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	Hello, The version of the CFC chart has been shown in the screen shot which is an attachment. I think that the DCC library has not been installed along with the installation as I am not able to see the DCC library. When I go to Option->Block Types and try to get the library it says that the library not present. Why was the DCC library installation skippped and if I have to install it now how can I do it? This are the logfiles for the DCC Library Installation. If anything got wrong with the installation it will show in the logFiles. Regards Christoph
