Install node-red-node-sqlite: the installation fails

I'm working with example image 1.2.2 and fw 1.2.1.

When I try to install node-red-node-sqlite, the installation fails and looking to the log file, I can't see any error.

This is what the log says:

here attached the IoT configuration for NR, nodejs, Linux with installed modules.

As I said, I used example image 1.2.2 and fw 1.2.1.

You can also see the installed modules in the palette: at the beginning the sqlite module was present, then trying to update sqlite node from manage palette, I had the installation error I mentioned and the sqlite module seems to be removed .

Very strange, also because the log file I posted in my previous post does not report any installation error.

From the attached images related to installed modules, you can also see another error related to the dashboard : after the update, done from manage palette, there's a yellow warning triangle icon closed to dashboard module that indicates some problems with it. In fact, all dashboard objects/nodes are not present anymore in the NR editor page and I can't use them. That's happen simply updating the pre-installed dashboard module on the example image 1.2.2. Running NR from a Putty shell, I can see a "TypeError: inherits is not a function"  error related to all dashboard objects. Hope that this info could be useful to recognize the problem.

Please give me some suggestions to solve these strange behaviours.

if you download the attached image you can see everything clear.

Anyway, I started from a fresh image (1.2.2) and I do not update neither NR nor NodeJS, simply try to update the pre-installed modules from manage palette. Nothing more.

Really cannot understand what is going wrong.
