My question is how do I install this upgrade (software and licence). Sorry for myquestion but I had never done this. Thanks.

MM1234 Posts: 270 Rating: (52)	Hello syd_b, important thing after you install the software from your cd/dvd and transfer the licence for it, that in your ALM you select the original version (5.4) and in the menu select Licence Key > Upgrade, you can find more on upgrading the software here http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19100818.
